I book my rides using Ride Yellow, the app currently has a promo code. The driver Jonni cab number 1422 cancelled my book ride upon picking me up. I wasn’t aware till he dropped me off at demanded cash. That ride cost me 10 instead of 6.95. I received a text at 8:17am stating “driver is arriving” at 8:17am the following text stated “driver unable to locate you”. ????????? I was the only one standing outside. I don’t appreciate this scam. I would have never paid 10 for a 1.52 mile ride.

My experience was a driver ran the freeway on-ramp light, almost hit me. Couldn't tell if he had a passenger in the back. If their drivers are reckless like this, I feel for the passengers ....
This place is out of business. I went to the location in Gardena yesterday for the 300 a day driver position and it's just flat land there now.
Cab number 1103 was clearly more in a rush to get more rides in then to take care of the people in his cab at the time. Weaving in an out is traffic nearing rear ending every car in front of him. I was truly worried this driver was going to cause a serious accident on the highway. Once off the high way he was darting into parking lots to avoid res lights. By far the WOST cab ride and driver I have ever experienced. Don’t even bother with this cab ride call an Uber.
If I could give them less than one star on this app I would, I didn’t even use their service. I was riding in my own car trying to get on the freeway, when one of their drivers very rudely and unsafely cut me off and swerved into the lane going on other other way, crossing the center divider. Then the same driver made several very fast turns on the freeway during heavy traffic without signaling almost cost several accidents. Whatever you do do not use this app unless you want to end up in a car accident!!! Their drivers are obviously not screened and not safe!!!!
