The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would give five stars, as they did a great job helping me with my IUD, however, trying to get in contact with the office is not easy. It took me two days to be able to reach someone via telephone just to confirm my appointment and insurance info. Otherwise, it was a great place.

The people are all really nice. They need more funding for more staff to answer the phone and a better records/patient portal system... get ready to leave voicemails.

Went here for HRT and Melissa-Irene Jackson was very thorough, patient, honest, and kind. The doctors and nurses I saw were also very knowledgeable and respectful as were the front desk staff. Definitely a trans-friendly place. Only down side is the wait for your appointment can be quite long. They seem to be so busy that they are almost always quite behind. But for getting started on hormones, they were a fantastic resource.
