Although we didn't make it in time before they closed for the afternoon (12-2) and had to come back, the service was friendly and quick. Made a last minute reservation for an automatic (wasn't sure if we'd be so lucky) but it was ready and available. So happy with this service!

We came in on the train to Reims and thought we had rented a car at this location. It turned out it was at another location outside of town that for some reason was listed as Sixt TGV Reims. The staff here were so nice and drove us over to pick up our car at the other location outside of town, gave us tips for places to visit, and got the car to us in a flash. Lovely people, great car, flawless service!
Sixt not having the car ready when we arrived and the suggestion that we might wait for two hours was not a good start to the Sixt experience but it rapidly improved. Josna, the Sixt staff member with whom we dealt, managed to secure an upgraded vehicle and we were soon on our way with all our questions being happily answered by Josna. On the return of the vehicle ten days later, Josna was a role model of excellent service, even driving us back to our hotel to save us having to arrange a taxi. We could not have asked for better service.
