9 o’clock appointment, didn’t receive the pill until 12:30, then was given instructions to insert tablets 4 hours later (different from the instructions on the take-home instructions you’re given). Was told that due to Covid-19 we would not comeback to the office for follow-up ultrasounds; although, you still pay the full fee. Was told that the follow-up would be by phone call (never got a call). Reached back out to them because I felt like the pill didn’t work (and it didn’t, had a heartbeat and was still growing, which was confirmed by ultrasound). Took another round of the second dose of pills (was not offered the first pill again, which I found odd since that pill causes the growth to stop and it was obviously still growing). Second dose didn’t work and am now basically forced to have a surgical because they won’t give out any more pills, that mind you are only 11.99 at the pharmacy. I know this because they “ran out”, and myself and 11 other women had to take a prescription to the pharmacy to retrieve the misoprostol (the second dose). We were told that inserting vaginally, it would be 99.9% effective, yet 2 women came into the clinic still pregnant after taking the pills and had to have a surgical abortion, and now I’ll be another. I think the success rate isn’t reported accurately. The staff is mostly friendly, but that doesn’t make up for the hours of waiting on top of each other, them running out of pills, not being offered both pills on the second go around, and the protesters screaming “Mommy I love you!” outside.

I cannot rate this facility high enough. I have now gotten 2 abortions here within the last couple years and I was treated so well both times. The staff here is outstanding, so loving and caring. You will feel completely safe and comfortable here. The nurse, Jennifer, is one of the sweetest people I have ever met in my life. You will without a doubt be in good hands here. The phone schedulers, that don’t work directly at the facility, are not the most compassionate people, but it turned out to be completely fine. I think both doctors are great but I had a really good experience with the female doctor, which you can request. There are protestors outside, but there are less during weekdays, so if you are bothered by that I would schedule for a week day. I was taken such good care of here and cannot thank y’all enough!

This place is so warm and welcoming. I had my surgical on Saturday. Everybody was very kind and compassionate. The male doctor who did my procedure was very kind. I was very scared so he slowed everything down for me. He was very understanding and he told me everything he did before he did it. He told me every cm he did and he is such a fantastic doctor. I highly suggest going to this place. Yes there are a lot of protestors there. But id you know deep down this is the right and hard choice for you then i suggest coming here. Rate it 10 stars if i could.

First off I wanna thank the staff for being super supportive. I had my appointment at 9am it was a mix up with doctors so my wait was super long but it was worth the wait. The doctor was very nice and gentle the staff was super nice I didn't get iv sedated and the procedure went just fine. The staff was right in there holding my hand and offering support. I'm so happy I came to this location. Thanks again

Compassionate care in a women-owed clinic. I'm all about it! Plus funding options for people with financial barriers. These people are great.
