Brilliant course! Dr. Sanjeev Gosavi and Dr. Suvarna Gosavi are both very enthusiastic about teaching the tenets of the principles of Ayurveda - a subject which is both professionally and personally close to their heart. The course teaches the basics of Ayurveda in a easy manner for a layman and when they see your ability of grasping they don't hesitate in customizing it further to share advanced theoretical concepts. On the practical side, 4 practical sessions with real models will give you a detailed intent of the correct strokes for 'Abhyanga'. They will also revise the practical till you understand them well. The oil preparation class at the end of the course is extremely useful. Through this course I was also exposed to the prescribed ‘dinacharya’ or lifestyle prescribed by ‘Ayurveda’ allowing me to make necessary changes in my life and for that I am grateful. If you have never been exposed to Ayurveda before I highly recommend you take this course to change your view-point. Take detailed notes and ask lots of questions - they are happy to answer them all and more!

Dr. Sanjeev and Dr. Mrs. Suvarna Gosavi are great teachers. They are full of information and fun to be in their classes. This is my second course with them and it was totally different than the first one I took more than 5 years ago. The course has a didactic part, practical and also oil preparations to perform your facials. They are also very helpful and kind , they both went above and beyond to help finding suppliers for the herbs , oils and other materials needed to take home and start our practice. I highly recommend this institute and the courses. It was a short month full of wonderful information to improve my practice. Thank you both Drs . Sanjeev and Suvarna for sharing the wonderful knowledge of Ayurveda Beauty with us and also for the great formulations and advice you both gave us. I can’t wait to return to my 3rd course.
