Visited in the morning and no staff to help on top floor. Had to ask at the kitchen showroom and the gentleman and was very helpful and went to look for someone from the Range. Eventually customer assistant came and did apologise but disappointed item l was looking for has been discontinued. Store announcement staff kept on starting with Good afternoon even though was an hour after opening and would correct to Good morning. I always enjoy my visit to the Range each time but spent more time. Enjoyed the Christmas section.

Good shopping experience, however, I was supporting a lady with a learning disability who has a signature only bank card. Each time we shop, we are told (politely) that the range do not accept these cards. I (politely) challenge this. A supervisor is called and they authorise the card and transaction. The lady finds this very awkward and embarrassing. She hates this attention being drawn to her. Please would it be possible to instruct the staff that these cards are now accepted to avoid this in future? I'd really appreciate this and so would the lady concerned. Thank you
Great store but should restrict numbers unde Covid more. It felt quite busy.
There's currently a wide selection of Christmas decorations for a good price, amongst all the regular stock. Only issue is the aisles are very narrow so if the store is busy it can be a little hard to navigate or keep a healthy distance from the other customers. Would recommend going at quieter off-peak hours if you're able to.
Helpful staff.. huge range of items if you like it buy it ,may not be available later. If they haven't got it or similar you probably don't need it..
