Most of the 1 star reviews are true! * you have to be on people to do their job * was told I couldn't send my own medical records to metlife even with a disclosure, and when metlife requested my medical records on August 14th they still haven't sent them and its October 1st. *they charged the wrong insurance so now im responsible for 270 just for a phone call with their nurse practitioner , no meds or any recommendations just a check up. *And when I called billing back in june they still have not gotten back to me. So when they say they will call you back they don't. Im looking into leaving and going somewhere else that actually works and cares for their patients.

I would strongly suggest that anyone considering Terros as a place for recovery either for themselves or a loved one to look elsewhere. Terros has zero continuity of care, zero professionability, zero knowledge of mental health, zero accountability, zero knowledge of available therapy, just all around huge disappointment. They truly do not care.

This is my second visit and I'm already thinking I should find another provider. Their offices are clean and the staff are nice but they seem to all be new, or improperly trained, the way that they have to ask each other in order to answer questions doesn't make much sense. They don't really have good directional information in the lobby either. I checked in at the kiosk for my second visit and I was there for almost an hour without being called, so, after having the kiosk tell me that I was checked in...I wasn't. Then I had to wait on standby which obviously would be an irritation. So far I can honestly say I could take it or leave it.

Hopefully you have deep pockets, no allergies and no actual mental health issues, otherwise you’re screwed. They don’t care about you. They won’t help you. But they will: *Submit a claim to your insurance, find out the contracted rate and then grossly over charge you. (They owe me over 200 for only 2 appointments). *Prescribe medication you are allergic to. *Prescribe a medication that costs over 1,000 out of pocket. *Claim they sent in a prescription for you, but you have to call around to different pharmacies to track it down and learn they just flat out didn’t call it in and now you’re going into a 3 day weekend with zero medication. *Make you chase after them to get them to do their jobs. *Put you on bipolar medication when you’re not bipolar, because they are out of ideas, due to allergies, (after 1 appointment). *Give vague answers when you ask for your diagnoses. It is hard enough to reach out and get help for yourself and these jackals made it impossible. Don’t waste your time and energy here. Go someplace else. You’re essentially paying an arm and a leg for someone to blindly write a prescription for you.
