Its people friendly everyone looks out for each other, they come to the apartment when you need help with anything in your unit. Keep up updated on what's going on. They truly appreciate Us here and always willing to help you out with any needs or concerns you may have. The property manager is the BEST SHE GOES Beyond her job of duties. I have no issues living here. It's only getting better with her in the office.

Want a nice place to live? Move here. We have an awesome manager that cares about you and the property. Convenient to a lot of stores, school next door and quiet. Any issues are taken care of pretty quick. SR51 around the corner, close to I17. Apts are 2 bedroom and and good size living space. I plan on sticking around. Come take a look. I give the manager 10 stars.
I really like these apartments now since it’s under new management. The apartments are really huge and spacious. I really like the property manager she’s very attentive and friendly.
Melrose villas so far has been a good experience for me over the years ..great location easy to find ..close to sr51. The staff here have been easy to get along with ..they always have fixed things on time ..great laundry machines...decent parking...its been funn.
The girl who work(ed) in the office must have been related to the previous owner(s) because she definitely didn't deserve to be the office manager! The office was rarely open during the regular business hours and if it was \open\, there's a pretty good chance that there'd be a note on the door stating a time when she'd supposedly retun. She wasn't hardly ever available during business hours so if you needed anything from management good luck!!! OVERALL LIVING HERE WAS TOLERABLE AT BEST We're moving and this was our last weekend HERE. BUT AS I STATED PREVIOUSLY IN RESPONSE TO A QUESTION: I BELIEVE THAT THEY'RE IN THE PROCESS OF CHANGING MANAGEMENT AND OFFICE STAFF, SO HOPEFULLY IT'LL GET BETTER SOON
