Jessica that answers the phone should learn how to talk to people if that’s the position she’s going to be doing. Very very rude and disrespectful, I think I’ll look at a whole different facility/company. Gives the whole place a bad rep for me. Called asking for some information about the place and how it’s ran. She is full of attitude and was irritated I was asking her questions. Seems she is not a phone or people person but you do that for a living? She should be spoken to. Is it that hard to explain the programs they offer? Any regulations or restrictions ? Do you accept access? I don’t think those questions are too much to ask but maybe I’m just not a rude person. Kept interrupting me to tell me she can’t help me I need to speak with corporate when she definitely could help if she’d just answer my 3 questions.
