Best vet in Paris! The staff is incredibly competent and always wants what’s best for your pet. I have a 11 year old dog and we travel a lot, so we’ve seen all kind of veterinarians all over Europe. This one is the best we’ve ever been to

Great staff who are attentive and very helpful service. Dr Tara Brennan is a caring vet who listens well and gives solid advice for my little frenchie. It’s super easy to get in for check ups and emergencies. I highly recommend them and Roméo loves going in to visit everyone!

It's comforting to have a 24-hour vet in the neighborhood. I've only visited the clinic one time--for an after-hours stomach problem with my dog. Although my dog was fine (and I was able to get a pet passport for him during the visit) I wasn't fully satisfied with the treatment routine and cost. When Dr. Isabel heard this she reached out to me personally; we discussed my concerns both in-person and after the fact. This extra effort was appreciated, as was her willingness and interest in getting feedback, working to improve clinic protocol and having rapport with her clients.

I was happily surprised by how this clinic accepted to see my cat last minute for an emergency. The clinic is clean, modern, and well lit. The staff provided us exceptional customer service. Dr. Isabelle Pasquet was very attentive, professional, and thorough in her assessments. Ultrasound machine available and blood test results available within 20 minutes. Her excellent communication skills helped me comprehend what was going on with my cat and she was kind enough to answer all my questions in detail. Overall, I am truly grateful to have found an outstanding vet close to home and I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a vet in Paris. A bonus: her blog with good information about pets available on the clinic website.

They saved my dogs life. Isabelle, the vet there quickly diagnosed and arranged my dog Mia to get to the hospital after accurately diagnosing why she suddenly became paralysed. Over two years, I have come to this vet. Firstly because i can speak english with them. (Any medical terminology in French i simply cannot understand). Secondly, they genuinely care, and are thorough.

Not recommended. I ended up going to this clinic to get veterinary services for my dog, out of business hours. Unfortunately, I did not receive the level of services I ultimate ended paying for. In both occasions the diagnosis had nothing to be with the real problem: i.e., at this clinic my dog was diagnosed with (and received treatment and medication for) a muscular contusion, when in fact she had an abscess (diagnosed by her regular veterinary later on). In both occasions that I went to this clinic I had the impression that the personnel had not enough experience; which was corroborated later on with a second profesional opinion. And I also had the impression that the personnel were more interested in charging my credit card quickly instead of providing a satisfactory veterinary service with the same speed. Unfortunately, after these 2 bad experiences, I will never go to them in an emergency and I don’t recommend this clinic at all.
