Really good customer service from helpful reservations booking woman named Marie who then personally came to meet me at counter in order to complete booking which was quite fast for a Prestige car to the car itself being clean and sanitised through to the return process. It was a really good experience and will continue to be a valued Sixt customer.

First time experience. Walkable from my home, easy to find. My pre-reserved (and pre-paid) reserved vehicle was not available, but the vehicle provided to me was just as good; I'm still not clear, however, on whether there was a different charge. I didn't receive a rental agreement to carry with me in the car, and no one came out to inspect the vehicle with me before I left, which was a bit worrying. Still, friendly staff and easy reservation process. I'll use this location again.

They did not do a vehicle inspection with us prior to giving us the keys and there do happen to be pre-existing damage to the tire rim not easily noticed. However when returning the car this man pulls his phone out doing a very detailed inspection and points out the damage as if we did it. Very tricky and not professional, we were on vacations for they are trying to tell us we did the damage however we barely drove the vehicle and under no circumstances scratched up random places on the tire rims. Must be something they do to Americans visiting their country, not at all necessary. They should be consistent and ensure the process is mirrored prior to releasing a vehicle and having it returned.

Online car rental process and drop off was very easy, no complaints. Pick up was bit of an issue, we had to wait 30 minutes for our car despite making the booking a few weeks in advance but were charged based on the original pick up time. We were also given a bigger car than we had asked for which meant filling up gas was more expensive.
