Agency closed during the day and no sign as to why it is closed. Not easy to find/access (situated in a parking underground )

Returned rental car here on July 28th around 8pm. I received exceptional service from the young man behind the counter. He was the only one in the Sixt office but he handled two customers very efficiently. We left some items in the car and had to come back,. He was again polite helpful and quick. 5 star service. I wish I had noted his name.

helpful staff and professional services , even they try to sell you additional insurances that you do really need if you have MC Gold card or Premier , but it is peace of mind service

Warning!!! Sixt is famous for their fraudulent claim!! And we \bin-goed\. We rent a car back in July 2019 and had an one day trip over to Carsix for a wedding. We returned the car at midnight and dropped it off on our own since no one in the office. Then two days later, they had charged us for two days and said we did not return the car till evening. Been fighting with them since and no positive response. Even though we went back and correct them, we have every proofs: -- pictures as we returned with timestamp -- email with Sixt team's admitting their mistake -- video footages of talking to the employee at the lobby BUT no final accurate invoice so Visa WILL NOT deal with our disputing the charge. We are seeking every possible way to fight for our consumer rights and want every traveler from US knows how to protect yourself. MAKE SURE double check your invoice and check BEFORE you leave Paris and request for the accurate invoice! Travel safe and voice Sixt. *************************************************************************** *************************************************************************** Update: Sixt finally helped and refunded us the money they charged by mistake. I understand the review could affect the business in some way, however, after all, it was not a pleasant experience. We will never be in business with Sixt any more. Still wish you good luck and always watch out when you are traveling outside your home country. Thank you.

Adrian and Hussain are the Best. Went a day early to make sure I knew where to go and Adrian made sure I had my model ready early the next day. Hussain was there the next day and handled three rentals before me flawlessly and with a smile. What a jewel of a rental facility and personnel. Fantastic!
