This place is lovely, specially at night. I would suggest people to buy a unit here. The security is tight, the place is clean and a lot of amenities for homeowners to enjoy. There is a gym and a mini grocery shop so you won't have to go out. Homeowners can also invite guests over, even take them swimming but there is a fee.

We stayed here june 2 to 4, 2018, for the price they ask 8,000 pesos for two days is not bad, you paid the right price, the whole house is clean, towel provided, toilet paper, shampoo, body soap, fully airconditioned, automatic washing machine, wifi ready, with phone, grab ready to call, No insects, No mosquitos, No coackroach, No bedbugs., walking distance to a facial saloon, hair salon, but the pool is close during Saturday and Sunday for cleaning , the person incharge is nice. Keep your place sanitize and clean., I'll definitely coming back to your place,

Arista is the best place for hosting a party for wedding , birthdays and other special occasion. Soak in the pool ,it gives the feeling of being in a peaceful and happy mood considering you are in the center of the Metropolis.
The ambiance is good. I usually go here thrice a week since I am a tutor. What I noticed is the clean surrounding. The guards are usually strict and would ask identification for people you are visiting. The only thing is the odd odor that you'll smell, cigarette smoke creeping from Lower Ground to the Upper Ground. Maybe they can do something about it especially if you have kids with you, since it's not good for their health
