Pathetic experience visiting this branch . I just needed a letter regarding my Fixed deposit from the bank on urgency. When i visited here , first they told me that we ll give this letter during evening time , i revisited again then they told that they don't have the format ready as of now as told me to send a soft copy . I didnt received any soft copy . Again next day i visited to get my letter and after waiting long they gave me the letter . Can't beleive this is icici bank . I suggest to visit some other branch instead of this one if u need any help from the bank .

Worst experience here.. Took more than 15mind to deposit cash if I have filed up deposit slip than why need of token no?? Why person didn't told token no is needed to deposit cash?? pnb is far better.. This branch can't handle few people..won't recommend anyone to use icici bank

Can ICICI Bank check the number it is posting on Google. I just called up @ 2:00 PM, 24th Jun'19 but it was switched off. I believe Monday is working and I called up within working hours only. Can any responsible person at ICICI Bank look into it. Not expected from ICICI Bank at all.

Branch is small as the customers are expecting quick services in private banks. I have visited on Saturday and still have to wait still a que to get done my deposit. All over services are good with the nice staff but customers doesn't wish to wrap their bank stuff late especially in private banks like ICICI.
