Cashing in on the mango dessert craze is another dessert kiosk, Merry Mango, that serves a variety of mango-based drinks and desserts. While the erstwhile new trend was hot a couple of months ago, the hype has died down significantly and gone are the long snaking lines of customers that used to accompany every new kiosk opening. Which is a shame as the mango float I tried (mango juice topped with mango soft serve ice cream, mango cubes and nata de coco, Php69) was surprisingly refreshing and not too sweet. Merry Mango is located on the ground floor of Robinson's Place Palawan, in front of Rib Shack and National Bookstore.
