From 'Activate learning' I have LEARNT that to you guys education isn't important but money is! Student at Reading college I have 2 months remaining to finish my course but all of a sudden 'Activate learning' chooses to block my entry from going in College. This is because of unpaid fees which I was never aware of and that too 1559.00 (already paid 90.00 for the kit which is part of the course) I was only told that I had to pay 500 which I agreed to pay. Why didn't 'Activate learning' give me notice or warning that I had fees to pay instead of leaving this late knowing that its too late for me not to pay. I was very surprised when I received a call from one of your Staff members from 'Activate learning' going through unpaid fees and other unclear information. He expected me to pay 1559.00 over a phone! Didn't feel comfortable as it sounded like some sort of Scam. I mean like a student who lives on no income support and relies on a single parent who works and expects me to pay 1559.00 on the same day without me letting my parents know.

I started my learning at this location back when their name still were Oxford Cherwell Valley College(OCVC) and they were about to rebrand.I did 3 Years of Public Services including Level 2 and 2 Years of Level 3 Courses and I have never enjoyed learning more.We had many different possibilities to learn different topic and we were having a chance to experience them on our own without only studying them via textbooks. I would like to say Thank You to my Tutors at the time Phil,Michelle(Shell) and Gavin as well as any assistant teachers that helped me and my course colleagues. I would have rated 5 stars if only I wouldn't have experience so much mess ups in the last year of learning when after our Tutors left we were left to deal with majority of workload on our own and classes either have been canceld off or we have been sent to ''self study''
