Totally advise against visiting this store. My partner visited on the store on the 10th August with her Mother who had come over from Boston. Spent over 2 hours there looking and buying Matalan products. Now we've ended up with a 60 parking fine. No way of discussing it over the phone and if we try and fight it, the fine goes up to 100. You've lost a customer for life!

Poor selection for men. Bought mens shorts for 15 so not particularly cheap. Material utter rubbish. Not accidentally ripped or snagged, just gave way. Returned, replaced. Same thing happened. Both occasions within two weeks. Sorry Matalan but carry on selling rubbish you Will loose customers.

Security guard at this store was amazing but thats where the good shopping experience ended. Staff were rude and im unsure of why my 3 year was unable to use the toilets i was lied to as they said they dont have a customer toilet although ive used the toilets before. Also a certain manager needs some more training on their customer service, i will not put her name but she knows who she is. You do not accuse customers of changing prices before the accusation at least have another member of staff check the other items to verify price
