If teams are able to look with mild amazement at their mutual interaction and cooperation, there is room to enter into dialogue with each other.   After having supported operational teams for years in continuous improvement, I believe that humor, curiosity, gentleness and open dialogue form the basis for jointly achieving a successful and sustainable collaboration.   My method is a mixture between ratio and feeling; a solid toolbox filled with practical work experience, body-oriented work forms and techniques from improvisation theater and backgrounds from my training as a coach and organizational psychologist.
