I can honestly say that my experience in selling my home with Chewton Rose was entirely positive. All the staff were friendly yet courteous, messages were passed on and all promises of “I’ll call you back” were kept. Ben who found my buyer, presented as charming, skilled and determined to achieve a good outcome….which he did! Belinda saw the sale through with the professional tenacity of one who knows her business and gets on with it. All in all, a really pleasant, enthusiastic, team that at all times seemed personally invested in doing their best for me.

We cannot speak highly enough of Belinda and her Team at Chewton Rose. Having been on the market for over a year with another agent and getting frustrated at their poor communication we moved to Chewton Rose and had three proceed-able buyers and a sale within ten days. Although the commission was greater than our previous agent you do get what you pay for. Their communication is excellent, you really get the impression they make an effort to get to know you and your property personally and they keep you informed throughout every step of the process. They are proactive, professional and friendly. They make the whole stressful process of house moving so much easier. We would never use any one else.
