My mother-in-law has been staying at Gracewell since Christmas 2014. She went to live there with her husband who needed nursing care, but has chosen to stay on as she prefers to live there than to cope on her own since he died. The nursing care, care of our family when my father in law died, and my mother-in-law's care have been excellent. The only problem has been that the company in overall control have not been very efficient at the billing process which would have been worrying had we not been in a position to resolve it for them. It is also hard to get through to staff at the weekend Otherwise, it is excellent - comfortable, impeccably clean and with very caring staff.
Lovely. Kind, knowledgeable, trained and caring staff. Nice and clean new building which is large and bright. I want to go there when I'm too old.
Have a relative living at Gracewell and she is happy to be there. Spotless interior, beautifully maintained.
Lovely, friendly staff. Place is clean, well presented and excellent facilities.
