Why open a bank branch when issues are unresolved, the staff is unequipped and don't know anything. They took an account closure request and only after 8 days realised the account is liked to a demat account and asked me to visit another branch... Unfortunately no.body knows the procedures and simply waste the time of customers. Totally unhappy with ICICI Bank and have closed all my accounts with them. Absolutely pathetic

I have been an ICICI Bank customer for more than 15 years. Never had any trouble with the banking processes, however I decided to visit ICICI Malviya Nagar branch, had to visit thrice before I could get my bank statement, but only after having an argument with them over their faulty printer. Decided to never visit this branch again.

Worst service. No transparency. You are lucky enough if you get the chance to solve out your queries because they prefer you on basis of your face, if they recognise it right. No systematic process. I waited for more than one hour just to get my bank statement. I would like to give no star to their customer service, specially over weekend And Being a well known bank they have printer issues. Pathetic process.
