Worst Experience as a customer to this company I had traced this supplier to buy sample of 50m of adhesive gasket tape and reached their office. From their office was asked to go to their manufacturing setup and meet person called Bagul. When reached the gate i reported security and asked for Mr. Bagul. At security there were 2 people, one was guard and other was inside cabin. The person sitting inside was communicating by hand and pointed towards his back. The guard spoke to this person sitting inside and asked me to come in. When entering in both these guys started yelling to go back at window. Mr.Bagul who was sitting in same room appeared at window and started telling that we are following a system. (System of confusion?) Purely showcase rude behavior and no customer centric approach by such employees. The owner must be concerned how these guys treat customers due to which many customers would be choosing to buy from other manufacturers for whole life.
