MAYTA is the best restaurant in Lima. You're not going for dining, you're going for a culinary experience! The food is excellent! It astonishes your taste buds like never before. An art form in your plate. The drinks are perfect and also served in a variety of glasses and jars, to match each drink. The staff is extremely courteous and will explain everything about the dishes, the drinks and the top quality ingredients used in the food preparation process. Just the simple act of the food and drinks delivery by the staff is a show in itself! The environment is extremely relaxing and pleasant for any celebration, or the start of a fabulous night out. Highly recommend.

Delicious meal in Lima. Innovative and interesting flavours and dishes. The service was excellent and the coctails elaborate. I had an excellent fish dish.
Went for the 2020 NYE dinner with a set tasting menu. Food and cocktails were beautifully served and delicious. Service was friendly and efficient. Beautiful restaurant with elegant atmosphere. Definitely a restaurant to go back to in a future visit to Lima!
We have the tasting menu and it did not disappoint. Each course was amazing and my husband enjoyed the wine pairing for each course.
Service was good. Food was flavorful, beautifully presented and each plate was really well balanced (textures, flavors, even colors). In summary delicious with a modern vibe.
