I purchased my bar height stools a couple of years ago and Joseph recommended that we purchase a guardsmen furniture protection plan. I am so happy that I listened to his advice and got the plan. One of our stools had cracked and I called Joseph at the store to ask how to go about the process. He was very informative and helped me file a claim. Guardsman sent a repair man to our house and he was unable to repair it so they replaced the stool with a brand new one. Joseph was very helpful and pleasant throughout the whole experience. I highly recommend this store if you need stools or chairs and highly recommend getting the guardsmen furniture protection plan.

Came here to have kitchen chairs recovered. Had a wonderful experience. Was able to take home vinyl samples to check colors. Joseph insisted on taking chairs out of the car for us. Brought seats in on Tuesday and the job was done by Thursday. Customer service is amazing. Workmanship is top notch. Price was reasonable. All in all, a great experience. Highly recommend using this store.
