I couldnt survive without Rhea.Thru' her careful ideas & inventiveness she has started to reverse 50 years of frozen ankle & muscles.The relief has me walking out on cloud 9 EVERY time! She has a special interest & education in this area and with her calm manner I am very confident in her methods. AND it doesnt hurt!

I had been experiencing severe heel pain for a couple of years and had seen two podiatrists before I came here. All I can say is that Adrian was a godsend. He was so thorough with his tests and analysis and I always felt comfortable and confident in his abilities. He warned me it would be a long road to recovery but now, after over 3 years, I am finally walking pain free again. Adrian recommended suitable comfortable footware and had orthotics made which he insisted on fitting and following up on. Can’t recommend Adrian enough. It’s made such a difference to my life as we travel around this fine country in our van and I don’t miss out on the walks anymore

Sam, and the team at MP&O, provided an excellent service. Sam asked all of the right questions whilst detailing my sporting history and when seeking information about my current problems. He made some recommendations for me to trail before making a follow-up appointment. On my follow-up appointment Sam reviewed my progress before recommending some alterations to my orthotics. The alterations were completed quickly and very professionally, for a very reasonable price. Sam again gave some instructions to follow as I returned to training, along with a further follow-up appointment to ensure everything was 100%. The treatment, guidance and orthotics Sam provided were excellent and have seen me resume training pain-free and ready to tackle my next goal. Thanks Sam!
