This is very professional company, being from Chicago and now living in Indiana,, we kind of know what to expect. These guys know there stuff. Mark knows his inventory and how to fit the right equipment for home. Chad knows how to install it, from the electrical side even cutting a wall open. Tommy and the rest of the guys are funny to talk with, they are very personable and get your equipment installed properly. all of the guys are more than willing to answer your question before, during and after installation. With Marshall Mechanical, it is a no worry processes.

My heat would not work this morning and the house was very chilly and the temps will be in the 30’s tonight so I called Marshall’s Mechanical. The woman who answered the phone was so polite and professional said she would have a tech here within the hour. Within 10 minutes the tech texted that he was on his way. The tech’s name was Aaron. Within minutes after arriving found the part that needed to be replaced, went to the parts place to pick it up and was back, had it replaced and cleaned up. Aaron was very professional and knowledgeable. We have used Marshall’s since 2014 and I would recommend them to everyone, fast, reliable and courteous service!!!

I first meet Erik and his Team after years of dealing with commercial HVAC troubles. As a Facilities Manager, I was relieved to be able to build a relationship with Marshall Mechanical. The Team was instrumental in overcoming problems of years in the making. Since, I found my own home in need of HVAC upgrades. I turned to Erik and his Team. They installed a brand new system, that is so advanced it excited the team to have an opportunity to install. We live in a 1950's house, I was a little worried about installing such a modern system. Now I am so happy we did. Our house now provides us a very comfortable environment all year long. My wife loves being able to adjust the thermostat from anywhere on here cell phone. We decided to upgrade our filtration system, what a difference that has made. It helps defend against viruses and germs. Marshall Mechanical did an amazing job. Even though it was the end of the day on a Friday, he did not act rushed. Much appreciated. I renewed my maintenance contract with no hesitation. Highly recommend!
