They only assist warrantied devices. If it's out of warranty, they suggest to go to 3rd party repair shop instead.

Zero star is not an option but it should be. They don't fix their own products if it is no longer under warranty. They recommended we go somewhere else for repair. A company should be able to fix their own products, warranty or not. We weren't trying to get anything for free. Western digital has always been my first choice for hard drives and media players, but with them unwilling to stand by their products, I'll switch brands.

The building they are in is old and rickety but they speedily addressed my RMA. WD as a product becomes a better choice because of the speed and ease of an RMA in the Philippines
