It's a motel with parking underneath the room. The parking is covered with canvas sheets instead of a wooden gate. It's clean. It has tv, local cable, aircon, hot water, room service. No mini ref. The problem is their plumbing. The odor escapes back into the bathroom through the drain giving the bathroom an unpleasant smell that can't be removed by air fresheners.

Nice place for relaxing
If you need a private place, this is perfect. They also offers foods and drinks if you get hungry. The staff are accomodating and respecful. The price is affordable.
Good place to rest. Good facilities, services and staffs. Food are delicious too. Fast service.

So far the best and the cleanest motel in the area. Rooms are really clean and comfortable to sleep in. Perfect also for travellers in a budget. Just a tricycle ride away from the main road. Value for the money
Bedsheets and pillow sheets smell, the staff knock hard at the door but the blue mood light is fine although the smelly bed takes it away! There were numerous raids already done in this hotel by the City Government because of teen hookers checking in with their customers but as we were driving towards the exit, we saw another teen and an old man talking with the staff and I'm assuming they're not related at all. Point being, the hotel management and staff haven't learned their lesson yet even if they posted signs that say "Minors not allowed" (sort of) on the walls near their office.
