On Saturday they only have three registers manned, each line has at least 10 people waiting to pay. It's just as bad a Walmart. Thank you General Manager for having no regard for the customers time. You should be fired, shame on you, and you inability to proper staff your store during any hours, and I have been coming here religiously for years. Your sad, I hope you get COVID and are replaced by someone who cares about customers.

Oh my this place is chaos! There was stuff everywhere you couldn't get thru an isle without having to move some random cart or other stuff. I have came back on acouple of occasions thinking maybe things will be different but nope. So I don't recommend this place.

This place has no respect for the customer. I place a rather large order and when it comes in I get an email telling me so. I go to curbside pickup spot and fill out all the information so they will bring it out to me. After waiting a half an hour I called customer service and they tell me there's nobody to bring out curbside pickup orders. I then go to customer service and they can't get in touch with flooring to see what's up with my order. Waiting another 30 minutes and still noone has come with my order. I wish Home Depot would open a store locally to give this Lowes competition and maybe then they'll treat their customers with a little respect. An hour waiting and still nothing, what a joke!!!!!!

I'm a regular customer at Lowe's and while I have always had good service from their staff, this week I was very impressed with Paul in the appliance department. I purchased and installed a dishwasher that turned out to have a defective control board and had to return it. Paul went out of his way to assist me with replacing the unit and providing the best possible consideration in the new sale. When I left my old receipt at his counter, he ran me down as I was leaving the store, to be sure I had it. It's not often someone goes above and beyond to help someone and it was sincerely appreciated.
