Andrew has been a great landlord. There were no major flaws with the property which are common with other landlords/agencies (mould, poor heating etc.) and any queries or small issues we had were quickly answered/dealt with. The Virgin deal definitely save us a few pennies!

Been with Andrew Chell for 2 years and he is a very sincere landlord who shows genuine care for his tenants. Very quick to respond to any issues we had with our accommodation and was fair with reimbursement. Flexible in terms of when we were able to move in/out to suit our needs. Highly recommend.
If you are looking for an honest, reliable landlord, then Andrew Chell is great! Looking at housing could not have been easier. Moving in was smooth, and showing how to check appliances was a great addition. Very quick to deal with any problems we had and understands university students! Even a free cleaning service due to COVID was highly appreciated. Would highly recommend if you have just finished your first year of uni as I did.
Andrew Chell is in the very small group of Loughborough landlords that are genuine and strive to make sure that you have everything you are promised and that this standard is maintained through-out the tenancy. From replacing broken appliances within a week to greeting you into your new home personally with a bottle of Prosecco and a case of beer. With the obstacle of Covid-19, Andrew Chell made sure that moving out was as stress free as possible, paying the cost for the house to be deep cleaned on our behalf, so we could move out and stay socially distant. These are all examples of how the service provided is put first and how the properties are so nice to live in because they are well looked after. As a house, we only regret that we didn't organise ourselves sooner to rent the house for the following year. I would recommend Andrew Chell to anyone looking for Uni housing.
