I felt it appropriate to write a review as I had such a positive experience and wanted to recognize Nina for her assistance. Nina was extremely refreshing to work with as she was able to provide me with unbiased feedback on other top tier apartment buildings in the surrounding DTLA area. I highly recommend Atelier if you are looking for a turn key type move in experience with less worries to complicate your life. Plus the Outdoor Amenities are absolutely gorgeous, definitely of the best quality in DTLA.

Like a lot of people who are skeptical about this place with all its perks and lavishness, I thought it'd probably be too good to be true, or there must be some kind of catch. But I can honestly say that I have no complaints! My maintenance requests get fulfilled on time, the staff has always been nice and accommodating, and the amenities (central kitchen, gym, etc etc) have been amazing!!
Sitting here working from home in these crazy times and I am so thankful that I live in a building so peaceful that I can get my job done without any distractions. I’m writing this review because the new concierge team has handled everything going on with such poise and courtesy. I get packages and deliveries often, especially more now than ever (as I’m sure many do having the majority of people working from home right now) ..and I can honestly say that I now actually get reminders every time I have something delivered and before it was only sometimes. So it’s cool that everything is tracked and they seem to have a good system in place. I really appreciate all the hard work they are doing during this time. Thank you for all your hard work!! I have friends at other buildings who say that at their front desks in the lobby they are blocked off or cautioned taped off and they don’t even get greeted with a friendly smile. Pretty lucky to be able to call this place home.
“Be patient with us” is a sentence you hear almost every day if you are living here. The property management is awful, so the residents need to be patient. During the pandemic, this building was the first one closing all the amenities, and opened some of them far after other buildings around(like 825, Circa,Alina,Metropolis,... ) did so, claiming concerns on residents health. But, they close 2 (out of only 4) of elevators, and make 8 people get into one elevator after a 20 min wait. Their incompetency in maintenance/ service is not something new, yet it seems that they are taking advantage of pandemic to skip their job, for a highly priced apt. That’s why old residents have planned to or already moved out.
The building is one of the best (top 3) in Los Angeles. But the pride here should be held in the people; between ownership, leasing, management and service staff I couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to work with, especially during challenging times such as these. 10/10
