We haven't moved yet but toured and are THRILLED with this stunning high-end complex...complete w outdoor gas fireplace conversation pits and a jacuzzi you are free to use (not Covid shut down!)...the floors counters and cupboards are all super nice..white appliances. HUGE bathroom w bathtub. The lush shared green spaces and community interior areas will convince you. Bedrooms not large..only negative

Have not been their yet. But I live here in LB. Community is nice. And they responded quickly as well professional.

Long Beach Senior Arts Colony is a beautiful place! It makes the community look so good. I am so glad it is beautifying our community. I would love to go take a tour sometime.

ive been on their waitlist for 3 years ? Answered emails, called twice but wrong amount of bedrooms. So why now the waitlist is different. The lady that answered the phone today when I called and my cousin talked to in person gave a totally different answer and rude ?? I am transfering from KY to CA I can't walk there to tour.y cousin that live there is going to do it for me. Rude lady talked to her. That's terrible. I wasn't told that when I I first applied ! would love to move there God Bless. Ms. Camille H. Gore. I am still waiting..

Have lived here for months & though the people are nice, residents have concerns that has been presented to the office. i.e., Community meeting needed with management, game room TV works poorly, spa often dirty, hallway carpets dirty, elevator floors, etc. When questioned, you are given the \we are working on it\ statement. Office personnel continues to be changed; one day someone is here....after a while, they are not. Then, the office staff blames the one no longer working here, instead of addressing & fixing the concerns. You are given a one-year lease & periodic inspections as well. Carpet is indoor/outdoor and is terrible. Building intended for seniors but if you want to be treated like a child prisoner, enter at your own risk. Office hours are 10 am-4:30 pm and there's an hour or more taken out for lunch. Doors are closed more than open!
