Lawrence Rodkin acted for me against a large FTSE 100 company. It was great to feel someone on my side and so invested in the process. We appointed Lawrence Rodkin and his team assistant Michael and their barrister Nick to appeal against GMC 3rd decision that refused my wife’s registration to proactive as a doctor. This was not an easy appeal as odds were against us as we have appealed before and they were firm, and we have been told by many solicitors we were fighting a loosing battle. Michael and his team was positive form the beginning, they saw a chance of us winning and based that on so many facts/laws other similar cases. Their support was great , communication was clear, fees were fixed and they made us aware that whatever the outcome we were not going to pay any extra. They created a report as long that looked like a book supporting our case. I would highly recommend Lawrence, and his team.

14 Jan 2020 - I have still not been provided attendants notes and other documents which I made request under subject access request. Horror is still alive. Unfortunately I will be raising complaint to SRA for breach of SRA code of conduct as they have failed a client. 10 Nov - Ever since I have put this review the Partner of this firm Mr. Lawrence has been sending me emails back and forth and intimidating me remove this honest post or they will sue me for reputational damage because of my comment about the firm. 9 Nov - I Would stay away from this firm, as I feel I have been cheated. Consultant working inhouse who was only interested in just taking the money and nothing else from me. Firm tapped on every opportunity to take the money out of my pocket when I was most vulnerable. Shameful and disgraceful firm, they made me write most of the things when I was not fit to do so, totally failed to provide any support or adjustment. This is my personal experience based on facts and it is not opinion!! I am not suggesting anyone to work with this firm or avoid it but sharing my true experience, you may use your discretion.
Lawrence Rodkin did a great job getting me a UK visa. It was complicated, and he was calm and thorough, but most important, the application was successful. I can't imagine how anyone could navigate such a confusing process on their own, and Simons Rodkin is up to speed on all the changes and nuances coming from the Home Office. Kudos also to his paralegal Michael, who went the extra mile.
