Was planning to purchase a car for my mother on motability. Made an appointment, got there and no one was willing to assist me. No one tried to help and I had to leave. Worst experience ever . Had a better experience at Ford and got the car I wanted.
i am shocked with the poor service and the lack of communication. i have been waiting 2 days for the parts department to return my call. if this is how you treat your customers i am sincerely surprised you are still in business. what is the point of buying a vauxhall if you cant get the parts to keep it on the road. i have made numerous complaints and still no reply asked for a manager to call me to raise my concerns and got an email address instead. is this a joke. can a manager or someone superior call me i cant deal with anymore imbeciles today. or shall i sell the car scrap and buy a car that i can get parts for when i need to.
Absolutely diabolical wish i could rate it 1 star! Bought a car in the beginning of July they got my log book details wrong so they esent\ the application, and still no log book and it is December!!!! They just want to sell cars, after sales service is absolutely sh*t!! If you want anything done you will have to waste your own time and go back into the place to demand it done! Also don't listen to their response saying to \call them\ to address the issue they will not pick up!
