My credit card information was stolen and fraudulently used to buy an item from Lo Cost Medical Supply. The item was delivered to my home so I contacted them about returning the item and getting a refund. I called 3 times and each time the person I spoke to said they would email me a return shipping label, but they never sent me the return label.
LOVE YOU ALL!! Extremely affordable pricing for when my shipment runs out and everything arrives super quick; they even give referrals to other places to get things they may not have for comparable pricing if they were to carry the product. The people who work here are so pleasant - I actually prefer to call to order just to talk to you guys because there are not many businesses like Locost around. Ha Thank you for everything from a forever customer.

I had ordered from them several times and was very impressed, then with the most recent order the box arrived all smashed up with the contents on top of the box with no protection. The box was much too big for the contents and not enough protection. These were medical supplies for my 3 year old that I purchased out of pocket to supplement the one that insurance provides each month and at least two out of four were ruined. I'm a single Mom and don't have a lot of extra money each month to put towards these supplies. I tried contacting customer service with no response so far and that will seriously make me reconsider ordering from them again.
