Im a senior and half the rime cab picks me up they make me walk down the block from my apartment, an sometimes i cant even see them because it is a distance. half of the drivers are surly and angry when i use my Citiride card. Im not discurteus (spelling). Dispatch (phone) is very good Drivers need training on card use and customer service and manners

Feb 12th 2019 1030am. I got a cab from LAX to Ace Car Rental. The driver for car 6156 drove around the airport, got lost, and when I pulled up Google maps he finally took us to our destination. The meter said 13 dollars and some change but he wanted 19 dollars. I told I wouldn't pay it and he started yelling and dropping \F bombs\ at me and my co-worker. He then called the police while I was on the phone with a supervisor from the Company. The supervisor was great and resolved the situation and with the driver. No charge and the driver was told to leave.
My friend flagged down a Yellow Cab before I could set up Uber ride. My friend directed the driver downtown, I was surprised that the driver wasn't using some sort of GPS. Which is OK, I really want the driver to drive and watch the road and not a GPS. I'm sorry I didn't get the cab# to recognize him!
I waited and waited and nobody ever showed up. I eventually got a lyft instead. But not until I waited an hour for the no show cab.
I would recommend LA yellow cab over Beverly Hills Cab any day . The drivers are always affable, on time, and don’t fuss if it’s a short ride. They have a tracking link, which is so convenient and cool, so that you know where your can is and how long you have. Best cab I’ve used and what a huge difference from other cab companies.
