My partner phoned into Thistle Cabs for some advice. The lady on the phone was very unprofessional and very rude. Customer service is clearly not high on the priority list. I would never treat a customer like that. Maybe in future, using some respect and manners wouldn't hurt.

Good service
Booked a taxi several days ago to take our family to and from a venue, one being wheelchair. Got there OK but the return taxi didn't turn up. As it was minus 3 this was a problem. I called the taxi company to be told we are busy we'll see what we can do. (Why book a taxi for certain time date etc and they don't turn up). 40 mins had passed and they still hadn't turned up. It was only when a member of staff had left to go home he said he could drive our wheelchair accessible car if we told him where to go. We went and picked up the car and brought it to venue. Altogether not a good experience especially for wheelchair user as it was very cold and he has limited mobility. Won't be using this company again.
The best service. Would highly recommend. Left my phone in one of their taxies, amazingly honest and handed it back to me the same day. Cannot recommend them enough.
