Pretty good hotel. Territory is not big but nice - nice clean pool, shady trees and own beach really close to main building. Everything is clean and maintained well. Food in buffet is fresh and tasty and there's wide range of choices. Alcohol on bars is mostly local but not that bad. We stayed in the main building – room was good with a view on the mountains side. Air conditioning working fine, it was cool inside even with 37C outside Part of personnel don't speak English nor Russian at all, especially cleaning ladies. And also they don't have bath plug, even there's a bath in the room :( Also on check-in no one told us about "aquapark" so we found it only a day before leaving (it's in the part with bungalows). And even we were leaving at 3AM they don't provide any food - lunchboxes are provided only if you're going to the guided tour, not on checkout :(

Many factors have influence on my opinion. 1. The hotel is divided into two parts: main building is closer to the sea but it is louder, and second part is past the main road. There are a few nice slides/ chutes. You have to walk 200-350m. to/ from meals. But this part is more quiet. From here to the sea is about 400-500m. Room standard in the second part is not 5stars. At the beginning of May the rooms were a little damp. Cleaning was ok. 2. Nice gardens, well looked after 3. High standard of evening events 4. Nice but narrow beach, lot of deck chairs, good jetty 5. Lot of restaurants with good food. 6. WiFi is slow but for free in many places 7. Most tourists are Russians, lot of them drink too much. 8. Big/ long swimming pool in the main part 9. Front desk and reception there is nobody who speaks English or they don't want to speak. If you have a problem or a favour you have to ask a few times or more...
It's ok, however personal is not very polite and there were a lot of queues in bars and restaurants. The whole hotel zone is clean and just great.
Lovely hotel, not very big variety of food, but entertainment team and hotel overall deserve 5 stars. Rooms not very big, but on holiday you spending time near swimming pool or sea not in a room. Amazing shows in evening, a lot of Russians, but it makes hotel very lively.
Best place on earth!
Wide area of hotel. The beach is too small for such a number of rooms. Wi-fi signal hete is very weak. Plenty of food and drinks.
Food is good, beach great, territory green and beautiful with view to mountains, rooms are OK. Maybe will go back one day.
