One of the best discoveries in Urfahr region. The quality of food is outstanding, extremely big portions and flavourful. The cordon bleu and schnitzel are spot on, crispy, thick and cooked in a pan, not in an oil bath like in other Austrian traditional places. The hosts are very welcoming, friendly, eager to sit with you for a chat and a glass of wine. They have an excellent wine and spirits selection to choose from, some available for take away. The best part though is the sence of \grandma's kitchen\ when you are sited and then taste the delicious food. Notmühle has passionate owners and you can feel that right away!

Wir waren schon öfters hier essen, nirgends wo sonst gibst so gute Kalbsschnitzerl und cordon-bleu, hatte heute einen Backhendlsalat (Foto), Preis - Leistung passt perfekt, freundliches Personal, und sauberes WC.
Das Gansl zur Abholung war ausgezeichnet und ist weiter zu empfehlen, ein Dankeschön an die Küche. LG Monika & Ernst
Super Wirtshaus in der Peripherie von Linz. Leider nur am Wochenende geöffnet. Typische Hausmannskost liebevoll zubereitet und geschmacklich einfach herrlich. Das Service ist schnell und aufmerksam. Besonders empfehlen kann ich mein Lieblingsmenü. Fritattensuppe, Cordonbleu, Eispaltschinke. Aber auch alles andere auf der Karte schmeckt vorzüglich. Seit 40 Jahren immer wieder gerne!
So wie früher raus aus der Stadt und rein zu einem Wirten mit den besten Schnitzel. Der Wirt und seine Familie leben Gastwirtsleidenschaft!!
