Advanced Dermatology is a gem! Very unlike other clinical experiences, it is not intimidating, this clinic is entirely supportive of patient's needs & health. Skin Empire made me feel comfortable, treated me like family. They've got fantastic staff, comfortable atmosphere, and quality service. The first time I came, I was nervous and worried. So many times I have been left full of questions or confused by what I am told. Most places can make you feel like an idi*t for not knowing the field language. Not here, the staff's communication was exceptional. The Customer Service alone is enough to keep coming back. Miss Mads is informative and comforting, and very thorough. I feel at ease in their care. You cannot go wrong with choosing Dra. Lennie's Skin Empire. I think all my responses "EXCEEDED my expectations". I didn't have anything negative about the visit and would highly recommend this skin clinic.
