I put my membership on hold in may 2018. In january 2020 I got a random charge , then in October I started being charged again, with no warning. I contacted them in January and it took a month to get back to me. Kirsten only got back to me when I called muskoka ymca. I was told I would be refunded, but, they kept charging me. Now they want me to prove I was on hold, apparently they have nothing , even though it stopped in 2018. I was told at that time you could not renew online, I have to come in to restart my membership. Which I didn’t do. I am out 200. I am a senior. I am still being charged now. innisfil ymca has been enjoyable up to this point but, having to deal with the staff online specifically Cynthia Dayan, who is not answering. I now have to go to national ymca for help. If you have a similar story contact marketplace at CBC or me for info.

Hi love aqua fit class but hard to get in
Excellent facility. 2 rinks. A gym. Indoor running track. Rentable rooms for meetings or parties. A pool. Also outside there is a Soccer field and baseball diamond. Very courteous staff as well!
Very clean facility. Well staffed. Great online programs. Well supervised and COVID protocols.

2 ice pads 1 olympic size with limited seating. The other great seating. Pool running track gym basket ball court. All well maintained with plenty of free parking. Soccer fields and baseball diamonds on property along with walking trail. Great complex overall.
