A great find just near to the B&B I was staying at, a short walk away (B&B Blauwkasteelhof). I opted for the set menu of four courses which featured Crab, Red Snapper, Pheasant, plus to finish, a deconstructed Apple Crumble. Everything was very stylish, crafted and served with a great range of wines. The Pheasant was a particular highlight, but then I love game dishes. The crab starter was a good break from the norm. Service was very well managed throughout by the friendly hostess who spoke far better English than my Flemish. They’ve only been operating for a couple of months, well worth visiting!
