On 8th Sept '20 at 5.00 PM, I rushed to the Branch , being aware of the fact that it closes around 4.00 PM, to collect Cheque Deposit slip. As expected, the branch was closed. However, seeing me, Security Guard Mr. Ravi politely offered his help. I told my requirement. Immediately he checked ATM room and did not find the deposit slips. He went inside and brought one slip. When I was leaving, again he told :Sir U r not depositing now?" He politely said, you look very tired. and also senior citizen. NO problem. I help you in depositing. I filled the form and handed over the cheque also. He put the receipt stamp and handed over counter foil. It helped me to save lot of time. I thanked him. a lot. The culture that was displayed is a delight to me.

Went to the bank with a letter for the bank statement and also asked if they need the proof and they said no. They told to write the letter again as there is some mistake and that was fine and bought a new letter again. Went to submit the form and then they mentioned they need ID proof. When asked before, they said no and they can't make their customers roam many times here and there. That's very unfair of them. They have to provide proper information when asked before. Did not expect such a thing from such a reputed bank. They have to know how to give prior information with proper details. And three persons in the counter changed within an hour. There is no proper coordination among them and lots of mis-communication within themselves. No unity of command within them as every employee there tells different things and commands to the same customer. This has to be taken care from the bank side. This is not expected as this is a petty issue and can be done in less time. But the employees are making the customers wait for long time without proper instructions.
