Made an appointment with the Hoofddorp office for Friday morning via the website. They send a confirmation and even a text message on the morning itself, dont forget you have an oppointment today! The office itself is very hard to find, being there I waited 45 minutes until I realized the guy is not going to show up. I called the head office and learned that the Hoofddorp office is closed today. Unbelievable, why do they accept online appointments then? Why does it says on Google that Hoofddorp office is open today? Hated it.
