Love the team and the atmosphere, from the front of house, to the instructors to the manager, the Hoffman Estates location is on point. Have recommended to friends and posted my videos on social media which got great attention from friends and family. A cold winter and pandemic season, this place is open and something we look forward to each week, considering going twice a week as a result. Where else can you take a little one, feel safe and get quality exercise and development.

Very professional team ! My son loves the instructors, he likes everything about this place so far. I'm impressed with they're methods.We had Ms.Zee for Guppy very professional, now for Dolphin we got Ms .Chandler really devoted to what she is doing, friendly, helpful she is running up and down to help my son to feel confident in the water. Will recommend with pleasure this place and the teachers !
very poor customer service. they never know what's going on there. calling them is waste of time . they constantly changing instructors without letting you know which makes my kid not wanting to participate in class. Instructors are one of the best around, very professional, but management and customer service is a joke
If you want your child to learn to swim, choose this place. My son made great progress after the first lesson. Very nice teachers and generally friendly staff. I highly recommend.
I would rate this place 100 stars if i could. I visited many swim schools prior to making a decision to go with this one. The entire staff is friendly and the managers are observant and truly care for your childs development but most importantly their enjoyment and well being. Alex from the Hoffman location has been there from our very first day of enrollment to today (one of the best instructors\\managers\\leaders I've met). Mom & kid approved!
