The care my loved one received here was wonderful. He was young and very scared and though he did stay longer than what we were initially planning it's because the nurses and therapists picked up on additional symptoms and the doctors were right on board with making changes. The nurses and therapists were great and answered our many questions. My loved one reported he felt cared for and safe while he was hospitalized and he appreciated the time off the unit for meals and outside fresh air. Thank you to everyone there and keep leading the charge in the care of so many people with mental illness/addiction. Your hard work is noticed and appreciated.

This facility has a chance to be World-Class if it just gets rid of a few terrible employees. Other than a few bad apples this facility does everything right and goes above and beyond. The food and the amazing woman that runs the kitchen are a gift from God. She literally makes the stay so wonderful for all its guests. She understands and empathizes. You can't train that. Overall I'd be pleased to go back here if I ever have to but am not planning on it.
I've been to a lot of different mental health facilities and this is the best one I've been to. They have a gym, outside rec time, smoke breaks, and a great cafeteria. Groups are fun and educational. Love the staff!
*my experience with admitted a family member there. nice staff. kind, patient & understanding. got updates on family member. (no visits due to covid-19) only complaint is the assessment time, but i did show up at 12am. waited hours on paper work. also, if a patient is denied any access to certain belongings, ASK FOR MANAGER OR STAFF LEADER.
