If I could leave 0 stars I would. I got an email back on Dec 12th that said my online (not in a store) order from Dec 10th had shipped. On Dec 20th I called customer service to see what the hold up was on my order and they said there was no reason. It just hasn’t made it to the carrier yet to actually be shipped. It is now after 11pm Dec 22 and the delivery status still says the shipping facility has not received package from the seller yet. This is freaking ridiculous. I most CERTAINLY will not be doing business with them again. I would add a photo, but I have NOTHING to show.

Poor customer service. I received a pair of shoes as a gift, they were the wrong size I came in the day after they were purchased had the receipt and was told I would have to pay 25.00 for an even exchange. I just wanted a size 8 instead of a size 7. I went to another location and was able to get my exchange and it did not cost me 25.00. Makes me wonder about the .

Helpful staff. Not a great selection of women's shoes. Many shoes only available in the smaller sizes.

I found what I was looking for. I could only try on one shoe at a time, or I couldn't hold two shoes at the same time. Music was loud and vulgar for about 3 min then they changed it. Cashiers had on mask but were really not very friendly.
