Halifax Anoymous

If you find the 1 coin I lost at Halifax Minster just up the road, you can use it to rent a trolley to push around Matalan. The trolleys are plastic, so therefore harbour Covid-19 easily. However, they're left outside overnight so the cold weather will probably kill the virus. Or will it make it grow? I guess we'll never know. Back in the day, you could buy a pack of socks at Matalan for 1, but now you cannot. You'll be lucky to buy a reusable carrier bag for that price these days, which you can then use to steal the socks. Everything is security tagged though, so I wouldn't bother. Prefer Next, because I'm #nextlevel. 3/5

I would like to thank the staff on the refund counter who went above and beyond today when I returned goods I had bought on line during the lock down. Unfortunately I had misplaced my receipt, couldn’t find my order on my phone and the code on the object wouldn’t register. The staff problem solved asked colleagues for ideas and eventually ‘cracked the code’. I was very happy to be issued with a gift card for the amount I had paid. Thank you to the very helpful staff.
