Very satisfied with the results of having the Rapido staff treat our new vehicle with the Opti-Coat Pro . A worthy investment to prolong the paint look quality of the car. If we purchase another new vehicle within the time of living in the region we will do this again. Ray and his staff are very helpful and do a fantastic job with their services and the same holds with their customer dialog. It’s certainly not easy to decide upon purchase options this high in cost but we have no regrets. Quality service takes time so patience is required. Yet very well worth it in the end. Thank you Ray. They are very expensive. The initial cost was 300 euros and went up to over 700. I failed pre inspection for POV shipment. I don’t recommend at all and if you do go make sure you get a definite price before using their services.
Worst place ever. They say guaranteed to pass inspections well, you might have to do a lot of touch up, cleaning yourself and take it back to them and get it cleaned again. And by the time your appt comes you might have to do more cleaning because you don’t have the time to take it back to them. They charged me 260 for such a horrible job. They told me starting is 200 and additional 30 every extra hour. I told the lady to call me if they go over 200 but she never did. I end up paying more. They probably took 20x smoke break because they needed that extra time. definitely NOT RECOMMENDING this place. You probably do a better job cleaning yourself. It’s not worth the price. MAKE SURE TO VISIT POV SHIPPING BECAUSE THEY WILL DO A COURTESY OF PRE-INSPECTION BEFORE TAKING YOUR CAR TO GET DETAILED.
They do a great job!! Raymond and his team are awesome!! Very happy with their work!! Like anything in life...don't take serious a stranger's posted comments about how bad their experience was. Adults don't rely on multi media to solve their problems or try to ruin another person's business because they don't know how to speak to another adult. They resolve their problems face to face with another adult and move on with their life. Pretty much everything can be resolved in life if you know how to approach people. Life is a two way street, not a one way street. Skipping the \I am not happy\ drama and focusing on what the real problem is goes a long ways in getting help fixing a problem. Just because you spent money does not mean you have the right to treat others like they are sub-servant and the only thing that matters is meeting your unrealistic expectations...which most of these whiners/moaners do not apply in their own daily life standards.
