There was a scratch on my windshield. A car that's barely two days old. The appointment was professionally made. People knew what needed to be done when considering the new car and all the security systems behind the glass. Based on the chassis number they ordered a new original windshield. Arriving at the workshop this morning the guys were friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately the supplier made an error. They send one that doesn't support a HUD... Based on the chassis number they should have known. The guys at the shop aren't to blame, but this seems to happen more often. It's a shame since my appointment needed to be rescheduled to later this week. @carglass, fix the issue with your partners and order system and you will get better grades in the future. @the guys in the workplace, thanks for the friendly welcome and apologies because of something you can't influence.

Wat een schitterende zaak en wat een schitterende vakmensen werken er. Een ontvangst zo welkom, vriendelijk, met een lach van oor tot oor. Je voelt je meteen thuis.
